| Eligible Applicant | Practitioners with a doctoral degree and two years of experience or a master’s degree with four years of experience |
| Types of Fellow Projects | Fellows will support projects on epidemiologic surveillance, community health needs assessment, the public interface and use of electronic health records, and sharing lessons learned from successful public health and health systems partnerships |
