Eligible Applicant	Recent doctoral or masters level graduates with public health experience and have an interest in public health informatics
Types of Fellow Projects	Fellows work on various informatics projects such as Electronic Clinical Laboratory Report Standardization Assessment to assess current commercial laboratory information flow and recommend steps toward interoperability and standardization, communicable disease surveillance and outbreak detection and comparison of mapping local codes and LOINC codes among different institutions

Eligible Applicant	Practitioners with a doctoral degree and two years of experience or a master’s degree with four years of experience
Types of Fellow Projects	Fellows will support projects on epidemiologic surveillance, community health needs assessment, the public interface and use of electronic health records, and sharing lessons learned from successful public health and health systems partnerships

Duration of Fellowship	1 year
Stipend	$75,000 $85,000 for board certified clinicians


Eligible Applicant	Entry to mid-level existing health department employees with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and one year of employment with their agency
Types of Fellow Projects	Projects will be based on: Surveillance System Improvement, Meaningful Use, or Antimicrobial resistance
Selection Process	Interview-based Selection
Duration of Fellowship	1 year
Stipend	Fellows remain an employee at their health agencies and do not receive a stipend
